good hot breakfast, nice pool, close to beach.

breakfast was ok. kids enjoyed it so that was a plus.

only glitch i noted was the wifi wasn't accessible at the pool - but not a big deal and had no impact on my

elevator was broken wifi keep cutting off,

even though the breakfast was tamed down normal due to covid the staff tried their best to make it the best they

pool was small and not updated. bathrooms were terribly dated

excellent all the way around . the spa was fantastic

no gym if there was it isn’t easily accessible i will not be going back

areas around the pool were sandy and the steps to the beach were a bit dangerous with lots of slippery wet sand

the pool area was nicely maintained and everyone - everyone - was friendly and warm

- only that the restaurant & bar were closed but that was due to the states covid-19 rules

the patio on the back and the pool facilities were excellent as well as the fitness center

before i could ask for a late check out it was offered.

pool was closed and beach access was not available due to repairs needed from hurricane ian.

the bloody mary bar setup for memorial day weekend was off the chain.

the kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and other dishes

the separation of the kitchen from the sleeping area.

place to stay, we did not expect a kitchen, however there was one, right on the ocean, can’t beat the price

you should improve the laundry room, it looks a bit old and two machines are out of service

old motel. working laundry, but ancient dryers. concrete hallways. rust - unavoidable on beach?

our ac unit was super loud, and the gym equipment wasn’t working.

2 female house cleaners where making alcohol drinks in the laundry room that customers had left, while cleaning rooms

the gym was small, but still very clean

we had two queen beds and a sofa bed, which was just right for 3 kids and 2 adults

our room on the second floor was right next to the only ice machine and laundry in the hotel

we also enjoyed a drink in the tiki bar just outside the door

up in the morning not having to find somewhere for breakfast
