property was cleaning the pool is nice the staff was outrageously nice all in all it was a very good thing i definitely give

no room service.

it was right on the beach with plenary of activities to do for the kids.

pool was warm and clean my kids loved it

gym was spacious and well equipped

the hotel and rooms are scrupulously clean and there is a nice pool and jacuzzi

just have a favorite room looking over the pool

it’s not that i didn’t like, but there’s really not a bar tender available.

slipped twice in the shower because there was no tub mat, and the sugar/creamer in the coffee bar inside the room was pasty as though it had sat in water inside the packs

the pool and patio with the firepit were nice places to hangout

staff. cleanliness of rooms. breakfast. price.

the kitchen was really nice too and would be awesome for longer stays

only 2 bummers but def not deal breakers; the morning shower barely had hot water (our friends who were staying there in another room said the same thing) and

they have 3 ev chargers, all busy when we arrived but we were able to charge some in the morning

had a little golf putting area overall pleasant

hotel was very nice and comfortable. loved the restaurant, bar and outdoor lounge area.

the pool and hot tub are wonderful

great staff, great breakfast, great room and at a decent price. what more can you ask for.

room was cozy and it was central to the adult pool, oaks restaurant as well as olivella restaurant

art activity for kids. oak restaurant . shuttles a available to transport around property

the staff is friendly and the spa fabulous.

love the sprawling property and so any nice amenities. leo s lobby bar was a favorite.

both pools have plenty of seating, the spa pool is much quieter, the main pool by the lobby has fun

the rooftop bar and restaurant was only available to guests which means you don t have to leave if you

room service was slow and food was average but pricy

they also charged us for the use of wifi extra on top of the

kitchen wasn t open and menu was much reduced and we were charged the same, morning room service menu was coffee we had to ask for tea

you have to try breakfast room service on your patio overlooking the ocean - breathtaking

when ordering room service, there was a hair in our food :

downstairs is great with a terrace overlooking the water and all the staff, from check-in to room service, were exceptional

loved the ocean front room, the downstairs bar and restaurant is magical
