good parking for truck and trailer

1 parking spot to a room for business travelers sharing accomodations

was very clean, covid protocols in place, staff very friendly and helpful and having the kitchen was great

small but adequate parking space for free of charge

the breakfast was good as i always eat a piece of fruit and yogurt for breakfast

friendly staff really nice rooms and loved the free breakfast

for parking, pay for a fridge, no daily room service you have to ask for it

spa bath was fun, good to have when going with your significant other, also very close to alot of

friendly staff, decent sized rooms, nice outdoor pool, nice breakfast lounge

we also appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast

not too close to fallsview casino and parking is expensive.

the property has a large pool with jacuzzi tub and a good gym

pool area looks nice but we didn't go as there were so many kids jumping in it didn't seem relaxing

they also gave us passes for a free wine or small beer at the bar in the lobby

swimming pool was clean and warm for winter

parking lot is two streets away, exposed, and ev charging is not available

general parking does not have ev charger equipment

even on an ugly february day, sitting in the bar and overlooking the falls was very relaxing

spa wasn’t working properly.

was a little expensive and the bar staff didn’t wait on us for 20 minutes after we sat right in front of him

check in polite staff facility very clean i loved the aroma in the facility i enjoyed the clean gym while i stayed my grandkids enjoyed the pool nice access to other amenities on the property

thirdly, we paid and parked at their ev charger that night, with the staff unlocking it for us

also my kids finished swimming then we had to wait for the staff to come open the door due to the card not

they sat in the hall, talking extremely loudly, letting their kids (8-10 yr olds) run around the halls, the stairs and use the elevator

room service was every other day which i appreciated

the staff are most welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable and the room service food, excellent with big portions

laid more for included breakfast 1 was 2 adult and 2 kids

men in the pool swimming laps so there was no room for the kids to play

room is dark and ugly doesn't have enough space, all the utensils are plastic and you can see the laundry

wifi didn t work and was expecting a fallsview room as it was our 50 th anniversary

staff were friendly and i got an upgrade and late check out

plus, it s nice that the hotel is connected to the casino, restaurants and clifton
