first hotel without a bar fridge, brought takeout dinner and wine couldn't store it tossed it in the morning

quiet, relaxing, living area as well as balcony and bedroom, large bathroom with shower and spa tub

the breakfast was fabulous

gourmet breakfast was fantastic and chris & sandy are exceptionally good hosts

beautifully decorated, personal service, gourmet breakfast

wife and i enjoyed the themed room and decor, the breakfast was state of the art and the service was exceptional

kids were playing on the beach at 11pm. it disturbed our sleep.

spa was nice but the amenities is a bit older and can use soome updates

the pool was nice however the kids in the pool prevented adults from enjoying the pool.

hot tub spa with more jets is the only thing i will suggest. it would be nice.

the tile on the kitchenette counter and the bathroom was chipping off

frame windows that sometimes won't close easily to be locked, and inadequate electrical in the kitchen

pictures should tell all , the kitchen should have been finished being demo'd , what a mess , electrical wires hanging out of the

toilet wasn’t working, towels had stains and strands of hair on them, no tea towel in kitchen, lighting in lounge wasn’t great, no aircon

there is no shared kitchen

i loved the number of ev chargers.

dog tends to have trouble eating in unfamiliar environments, but fortunately, the hotel offered room service with dog-friendly meals, which was a great relief

addition, the breakfast couldn t be eaten in the hotel restaurant and had to be ordered through room service and eaten in the room

the hotel itself (building & room) to the service to the cleanliness to the food to the spa to the location (+) the spa treatments are pricey but good (+) great spa just not open sooner or later (+) spa facilities were nice

martina was exceptional and accommodated our early check in request

i was with my kids on vacation so we wanted to sleep, but any flexibility after 11am was given by the staff

area has quite a lot of homeless people around, and this makes walking in the street with little kids an unpleasant experience

staff were so helpful we were even able to use the pool for a shower before we flew out in the evening we were

i appreciated having access to the full gym and lap pool

i have 3 kids and the room was perfect

on and off; bedroom door in suite got stuck repeatedly (took some serious muscle to open it - the kids were completely trapped a couple times); and lastly, the tv would randomly turn itself on

room is spacious and comfortable, we had a city view 1 bedroom suite with 2 adults and 2 kids

great gym too

gym was a bit lacking but just opened up

spa was good but small, the pool was outdoors, the sauna was small and its location was very tiny

delivered, from 7:30am early check in plus late check out and still able to use the facilities i couldn t ask for

they gave me early check in and late check out, everyone was friendly and kind

were upgraded, and our room was a studio with a full kitchen

gym was pretty good, maybe could've had a touch more stuff

wifi didn't work on one of our phones

very small room with no view. early check in was not possible when requested.

on premises laundry, close by restaurants and a few blocks from the skyway or cruise terminal

ofuro room is exceptional, the view is beyond beautiful and the spa tub is worth every penny

outdoor pool doesn t get a lot of sun as the high rise buildings shelter it
