the rooms could use updating. and the food at the bar was disappointing.

location on seneca lake room was spacious and well furnished with a two person spa tub

did not like the rather assertive dos and don't s re: spa tub from the desk clerk; not exactly welcoming

i was charged extra for my kids which was unexpected

pd $420 for spa service ($500 incl tip)for my daughter & i for mother's day; she was too anxious and cancelled

my expectations regarding the professionalism of staff, the cleanliness of the properties, the spa and restaurants in their desire to exceed any expectations that you may have had prior to

the 1833 kitchen and bar was very good

don't forget to visit the spa (go by car)

the spa experience was amazing too

use of the pool was limited to a spa package. use of a pool should be standard at any resort.
