the hotel was perfect for me and my kids. we enjoy a lot! we will back another time for sure!

but the facilities were great (clean, well decorated, comfortable and large room, delicious breakfast); the staff was also courteous and efficient and all covid19 norms were observed

hotel is located in a large golf resort, right at the ocean (although without direct access to the beach)

very friendly staff, kids club, indoor pool, very good breakfast

only minor issue was that breakfast buffet on the weekend was incredibly busy and a little chaotic

the room service was also great and worked very well

our kids loved the spaciousness of the apartment

weather is very tricky due to atlantic shore and there is limited possibility to swim with small kids

we liked the fireplace, balconies and large kitchen

convenient check in check out / beach access / activities/ staff friendliness / golf range / cleaning

beach is just amazing and next to the apartments; a nice club for kids available; the swimming is good but not perfect (many people for the same swimming pool)

adding things like tennis courts paddle basketball and football courts and for people with kids they now have kids

underground parking with a lift that took us directly to the lobby

undercover security car parking wonderful, amazing indoor pool facilities

if you are lucky there is one ev charging spot (never got a break)

swimming pool must have a heating system (that is too cold for swimming if you came in autumn)

dogs barking all night in the pool side bedrooms. not the hotel's fault but it is a deterent

internal pool is a bit colder than expected

hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of parking space

bar was closes at 21h30 no meals at all were available

pool heating is a little below the standard found in other hotels of the same category
