everything was in sparkling order, including workout room, pool, and full breakfast

breakfast was nice and full and clean area. my kids enjoyed the omelets and the waffles!

bed and location not far from the beach and eating facility also the breakfast was a good change from other hotels i been in

the beds were very comfy, staff was awesome, and the hot breakfast was fantastic!!

tried using it once till he kids came playing in it so we left

amenities were great, it´s a nice place to stay with kids

we stayed 2 days but there was no room service at all

the bar was a vibe and the complimentary spa amenities made it a relaxing vacation/ bday trip

pool was a little dirty! but nothing bad enough not to swim.

we stayed during the covid 19 so things were a little different for example - pool hours were changed but still open which was a plus, no housekeeping but we were still able to

bathtub and sheets had hair in them... bathroom smelled really pissy. need a bigger pool.

pet fee is high

at the ritz carlton or similar, but i was very impressed with this hotel, even without beach and poolside service

the pool is nice and the gym is good.

( hopefully they don’t raise the prices) our room was a good size and had a mini kitchen

it’s nice to have a kitchen when you have young children

clean, bright and fancy! nice gym and lobby area

really loved having the kitchen with the full fridge to keep all of our beach snacks and drinks cold

the pool could have been bigger.
