we loved that there was a kitchenette, and 2 chairs outside the room

bathroom was a decent size and it had a nice full kitchen

i loved the view, the restuarants near by, and the kitchen in our room.

is a place i would take my kids and girlfriend to over and over

full kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need

the pool was very clean with deliciously warm water and not crowded

we had 1 bedroom suite with a small kitchenette and living area, plus 2 double beds

location, ev charging - all great

i also enjoyed the little gym

despite covid, they still had great options for breakfast and lots of fresh coffee and tea

had all the basics of a basic hotel. comfy bed, good a/c and heat, clean. access to mini gym.

we did a spa day and it was incredible

saw a single housekeeping staff person who was not moving quickly to clean; there were carts and laundry bags all over the place

the pool and gym were great to use

to stay just outside the city, this is a quick 10 minute drive in, and you don't have to pay for parking as you might with some of the hotels in the city

were great, nice to have a bar/restaurant/spa within the hotel space, and very walkable to other options

of showers in the spa and the lack of flexibility for me to shower in my room after was annoying

staff is always my main driver for a good stay. room had a cool layout and gym is necessary

the bartender emailed us an iternary for a road trip to bar harbor and restaurant suggestions.

the kids loved the lobby/lounge where they had all sorts of games and the staff didn

coming out of the pool dropping their towels with their naked bodies showing by and in the elevator from the pool

run hotel, great staff, good room, enjoyed the basic gym and pool, nice restaurant for breakfast dinner,

walking distance to restaurants & shops. freindly staff. free shuttle restaurants & pickup.

it was freezing out when i went and they had a complementary free shuttle to bring you anywhere or pick you up anywhere in downtown

poor breakfast choices.

the ev charger for our vehicle was a real plus and one of the key reasons we chose the hyatt for our

neither scale in the gym worked

limited hours for bar in hotel, but we do understand that it is not full season at this time.
