it was very quiet. the pool area was well done, private and comfortable. the room was very nice.

the hotel’s facilities were equally impressive, with the serene and tranquil pool area providing an idyllic retreat

quality of the bar could stand some improvement.

the pool on the saturday was so busy circa 25 people in it drinking so a waste of

the check in staff were exceptional at offering me a choice of rooms, i loved the rooftop pool and the lobby is absolutely brilliant

the pool was tiny and there was no hot tub

there was a pool attached to the property, especially for kids, but fully understand the limitations because of the historic location

my husband lives the candy station and i loved the hot tea and coffee bar which was out all day

everything was superb from valet to front desk to bar staff

gym would be my only small dislike (definitely not a complaint) (-)the gym in the adjacent hotel could use an upgrade. (-)and the rooms themselves, but nothing else - like a game/conference room, home office, pool or gym (-)breakfast for a 5 star hotel could be much better. no gym. (-)bathroom could have been cleaner. ice bucket so small it was worthless. no pool hot tub or gym. (you had to go to the bar which is weird), no pool, no onsite parking other than valet and no gym onsite - you have to go to another hotel to use theres
