the pool was closed

didnt like the fact that the breakfast bar was closed because that was 1 of the reasons i chose this hotel

nice views, good breakfast, friendly staff

we were told to leave the lounge area in the bar area because a specific staff person needed to be present for anyone to use the area

all the receptionists were great the place was beyond clean and room service was on point

full juice bar, fresh coffee, oatmeal bar etc

i didn’t have the breakfast, but the location is great.

get ice, you had to wait for the concierge to be available to give it to you from the kitchen because there is no ice machine

it was clean and the amenities were fantastic including the pool and fitness center

work - staff refused to provide fresh towels because we were “checking out soon” - cold pool, no jacuzzi

breakfast was great. location was very convient.

breakfast choices. consider adding fruits.

pet fee was not revealed until check-in

breakfast could be better, this would attract more people

close to my destination. breakfast simple but available. bed big enough for myself and my kids.
