we decided to go back to our room to get room service instead, only for them not to answer the phone

i checked in i wasn t given any information about wifi, breakfast or how to check out

breakfast was lovely, cooked fresh and red hot

i really appreciated the free public parking right behind the site, which was very convenient

the bar had a great atmosphere and both dinner and breakfast were fantastic, including vegan options

parking is free in a well maintained public car park at the rear

beautiful setting in jesmond dene - very relaxing . room was lovely and breakfast superb.

the area is absolutely not suitable for kids with the pubs and clubs within such close proximity- each time someone cursed near us/ a drunk
