we arrived on thursday the pool was really cold

after voicing our concerns to the front desk over the possibility of our kids not being able to sleep

the kids also swam in the pool for hours

breakfast was great. awesome views & location.

the gym was very, very small. hotel is not within walking distance of much.

pool guests were loud in hall after 9 pm but quiet by 10.

after booking shuttle via email and receiving confirmation, no one came to pick me up

it would have been nice to have a pull up bar in the exercise room.

location, room details & wifi (as high as 300 mbps) (+)great location! friendly staff. wifi included. nice bath products. (-)statler wifi did not work. no bag for laundry/dirty clothes

i also appreciate the free airport shuttle service for ithaca thompkins airport

i was disappointed that room service was not available later than 10:00 or 10:30

full breakfast provided each day during our stay was excellent

the breakfast served every morning was so delicious
