and the breakfast could ve had more variety and the fruit less frozen

the breakfast area is too small, there was a lot of people and no many tables were available.

the complementary breakfast is good and tasty

the treadmill machine was in good working order, and no one was using the gym, so it was pretty quiet

great location, very helpful reception staff, spacious room, good gym

could not be controlled from the room, had to seek hk help the laundry service is sloppy

bar , workers didn’t had no idea how to make an old fashion

laundry is delivered in the evening of the same day (very convenient)

the bar should open at 2pm instead of 4pm? but its fine..

location is surprising, the hotel is inside a conference center with restaurants, shops, etc the pool was nice and

no pool or bath service not so great at bar everything closed at 600pm on sunday

room service staff evidently needs more training, their english is basic and they struck me as

leaves a lot to be desired but worked, didn't have time to use the spa but no pool/sauna/hot tub/cold plunge

need a pool for the kids! monterrey is so hot

restaurant bar looked nice but empty

breakfast is exceptional - the gym's view is beautiful - the bar is nice and the employees are very friendly
