sufficient parking, ev charging points accessible at the coach house

food was delicious both at the restaurant and breakfast

bar and restaurant staff are customer focused, food quality and presentation excellent and

the young bar man was very accommodating

was lovely with old pictures we would have liked if there was a little entertainment in the bar at night

food was amazing and dey allowed us a late check out till 2pm because our train wasn t until 3pm which was so

central location, with ample parking, lovely staff and delicious breakfast!

was perfect we did not have breakfast as we were on the road early we did have a drink in the bar and this was very enjoyable although just one lady on the bar serving meals taking orders etc

hotel was in perfect location with ample free parking

theres so much more to do than just staying at a hotel- pool/sauna, 3 restaurants/bars, golf, mini golf and beautiful grounds to walk around

were lovely, decor in the hotel was lovely, service was perfect, all very friendly, breakfast and room service food was exceptional, i would love to go

all staff whether in restaurant, bar, spa, golf club so helpful and chatty

were lovely, however with mobility problems i didn't realise the car park was so far away from the hotel

the gorgeous forest/lake walks, the outdoor pool/aroma steam rooms etc, salon, playground for kids

limited options for kids

the shuttle bus takes too long to pick up

we love the spa facilities and staff were very helpful

easy parking close to front door

to reception bar or restaurant on the phone so i had to call the hotel 3 times on my mobile for room service that was not great

i could not get in the gym in the morning.
