i overslept and missed breakfast, the bed was so comfortable the chef asked if i wanted breakfast but unfortunately i had

easy parking directly opposite the hotel and great bar and restaurant next-door

staff were friendly and helpful, and the food in the bar was excellent

is a fabulous bar and restaurant with rooms, great food, very friendly staff, excellent service superb breakfast

i had a facial in the spa with ruby she was amazing at her job so professional

only stayed there for 8 hours early check in would have been nice but such is life

strange rule not allowing kids under 16 to use jacuzzi. nothing else really.

dinner in perrots was very good and breakfast is fantastic

and the pool and hamam were a wonderful bonus

the only issue was the bar staff were a little slow.

we loved the orangery bar in the garden and the breakfast served to the table instead of a dreaded buffet was excellent

gym facilities are lacking somewhat

that these were for the “residence” however, they are located right across the hall from the gym that we were allowed to use

probably the gym space can be rearranged with less gears

location, spotlessly clean, quiet at night, late check out 12pm, very friendly staff who made it very personable for us

loved the free bar drink! the gin and tea was great. thanks so much for storing our suitcase!

there was no breakfast and no coffee bar open during our stay

no lift available so just be wary of this if you've a lot of luggage/kids/disability

limited parking. bar closes early.

laundry service also very nice to have 15 euro

nothing kids running everywhere untill all hours of the morning. staff very arrogant.

wish the movie theater was open to kids

the laundry was dirty i asked a woman to change bedsheets and she could not understand english

we ordered room service and the man that brought it up couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful

i got and was gonna order something else and we waited 30 min and my husband had to ask at the bar for the bill

gym and sauna also at great standard the stay was very

breakfast was just ok but the eggs and sausage was great

the restaurant staff were fantastic, we had small kids and they went out of their way for us

if you are going as a couple to relax is in the evenings in the food area is very noisy with kids and lots of kids around running in and out from buffet

all restaurants and bar food was top notch

we loved the staff as all were so friendly and so helpful, swimming pool was fab and we loved the breakfast as its the best variety and taste we have ever had in a five star hotel
