staff were very accommodating with early check in before the ceremony, which we hadn't been expecting

accommodated an early check in (as we were heading to a wedding outside the town) also, which was much appreciated

the food is outstanding and the pool is a little luxury very peaceful’

staff are incredible, food is always fabulous, rooms are well sized and comfortable, spa and massage great

breakfast was excellent

food was delish from breakfast ,lunch and dinner loved every meal

we loved the orangery bar in the garden and the breakfast served to the table instead of a dreaded buffet was excellent

probably the gym space can be rearranged with less gears

that these were for the “residence” however, they are located right across the hall from the gym that we were allowed to use

location, spotlessly clean, quiet at night, late check out 12pm, very friendly staff who made it very personable for us

hotel is in a good location and clean. the gym was good for a hotel gym.

i liked the bar area . and the food was amazing .

i later found out that the kitchen staff had discarded it without telling me

breakfast was great

plugs either side of the bed, plenty of space, lovely big bed and everything you would want in a kitchen

they gave us a very large room with a spacious kitchenette along one wall and a table and chairs

comfiest beds ever. the staff is super-welcoming. has a good gym and amazing breafasts.

there was no breakfast and no coffee bar open during our stay

cost of €40 i intended to use for meal for me and the kids for the night

no lift available so just be wary of this if you've a lot of luggage/kids/disability

was a tad noisy on the saturday night from the bar below but that was more related to the group rather than the

limited parking. bar closes early.

the staff are very nice at reception , room service and in restaurant/bar , great location.

bedroom was spacious, breakfast was lovely and fresh

food and staff were excellent. the best kids menu i have ever seen and the setting is lovely.

wish the movie theater was open to kids

a style, location & staff - particularly ken, we found him extremely helpful, even my kids thought he was very funny “the best”

a great loyalty scheme and great benefits for frequent stayers like executive rooms, early and late check out

the only negative thing for us was the door from the breakfast area back to the kitchen or wash area banged loudly every time someone went through it, approximately every 60

the breakfast was amazing and really enjoyed the dinner and having access to a swimming pool was great

rooms were excellent. kids club from 6 to 8 is great.

no spa and wellness facilities directly in hotel

fact that there was no spa or leisure facilities or the fact that children were let loose around the hotel without

we could not order food through online room service.

will be coming back with the kids next time

gym was a little small and no steam room.

if you are going as a couple to relax is in the evenings in the food area is very noisy with kids and lots of kids around running in and out from buffet

lovely place! very relaxed, great food, we loved the swimming pool!

a shuttle bus with a time table might be an idea down the road for those commuting by train
