andres mojica from hyatt welcomed us, gave us an early check in and a beautiful room facing the airport, the one we asked

comfort and convenience was great, since our room was on the same floor as the gym and pool

the entire suite and they only unlocked 1 side not both for about 30 mins while trying to put the kids to bed for an early flight

they put me in a room too far, and i have 2 kids.

the location of the pool, next to the freeway and orange avenue made it very noisy and a little hard to relax

matt the bartender was fantastic! the rooms were beautiful & the pool was amazing!!

loved the spaciousness of both our room and the lobby bar area

some of the ev chargers where not working when arrived but luckily they repaired them.

garage has free ev chargers too

having a nice bar & restaurant attached, the staff and the room were all good.

unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to experience room service or what seemed to be an excellent restaurant which was always busy downstairs
