the gym was well maintained, and the pool was well maintained

the location was so helpful to the airport, the facilities were excellent - loved the guest laundry

stylish and new furniture, very clean , good complimentary breakfast

i love the breakfast, easy parking, 1 short block to caltrain and bart when i don't drive

loved the table to serve as a “kitchen” table so we could eat our dinner comfortably

hotel didn't respond to my questions around hotel shuttle service or early check in previously posted twice

i was able to return my rental car and catch the shuttle in the morning to save time

was a great stay but accept the fact we had an accident on the sheets and i asked room service to change the sheets and they didn t change them so we had to sleep on the dirty

clean, new, staffs are very friendly and helpful, good location, the lounge overlooks the bay, bar is open till midnight, reception people are very accommodating, nice open quad

my kids loved that it was walking distance to the beach

the gym area could be utilized for more space, a lounge, bar, etc

was great, our kids are very picky eaters

plus, we had breakfast included which is always a bonus
