pool could have been bigger to accommodate the number guests staying at the hotel

from a town that was far from the airport so the hotel was excellent for the distance the hotel shuttle was perfect

bathroom wasn’t very clean; the hallway noise was very audible and made sleep difficult for my kids (scared of the noises)

they should have towed the non-ev that was blocking the second ev charger spot.

was an ev charger that was available and everything about the room worked perfectly

went for a swim on new years, had an amazing breakfast, enjoyed the free parking, and it had an ev charger for our rental

staff was very nice and allowed us early check in since our arrival was early.

only bad thing i have to say is there were kids above us that were running the halls and jumping on the beds very loudly

i had to complain numerous times and hotel staff had to come tell them to quiet down, stop kids from running up and down the halls

in-house restaurant (bill’s burgers) has good food and excellent wait staff and bar tender

location was great, the onsite restaurant- bills bar and burgers- was fantastic

did not like the restaurant in the hotel or the fact that the only bar was inside the independently run restaurant

we were in town for a cheerleading competition at the convention center, our kids did not compete until very late the evening we were checking out and the hotel was so generous

the spa services and appointments could have been better

we booked massages in the spa and they were the best we've ever had

the dinner i ordered from room service was just fair.

the yoga and gym room is on the 3rd, bar is on the 2nd

spa was top notch

breakfast was not included. last year it was. this year there was a charge

the fact that the bar closes a lil early

restaurant is close by on the 5th floor, along side the gym which is very clean

our only recommendation is to add a handicap bar at the bed.
