even though there was barely a soul dining and the phone only rang once for room service while i sat there

wheaties this hotel many times i am parking for the airport

close to airport and free shuttle

from a town that was far from the airport so the hotel was excellent for the distance the hotel shuttle was perfect

breakfast could of been more appealing

liked that i had to travel with my kids and we all felt safe

only bad thing i have to say is there were kids above us that were running the halls and jumping on the beds very loudly

sign up to use it or we would have especially since i picked the hotel due to the pool to let my kids swim

i had to complain numerous times and hotel staff had to come tell them to quiet down, stop kids from running up and down the halls

the new facilities, location, the restaurant and the late check out help from staff specially

pool was not able to be used (maintenance)

i think that the pool should be open later and/or open sooner

we understood with the pandemic that they were not doing room service, but we were upset when we brought our own food and were not allowed access to the

kids running up and down the hallway at 10pm

we were in town for a cheerleading competition at the convention center, our kids did not compete until very late the evening we were checking out and the hotel was so generous

i thought that the gym facility was outstanding

they should have towed the non-ev that was blocking the second ev charger spot.

was an ev charger that was available and everything about the room worked perfectly

went for a swim on new years, had an amazing breakfast, enjoyed the free parking, and it had an ev charger for our rental

comfortable bed, clean throughout, nice hot tub and pool indoors. enjoyed the breakfast

breakfast was great kids able to serve themselves

the staff was so friendly. hotel employee on the night shift was a the best. had a great gym.

didn't have dinner, limited breakfast, extremely expensive options for any change to a breakfast

i didn't like were covid mandated - the courtyard, restaurant and bar were closed

there was a gym inside my room! the room was massive and had cool lighting and signage

our only recommendation is to add a handicap bar at the bed.
