when we called the staff was so supportive and said they would send a free shuttle to pick us up , that was a very nice surprise

hotel was very clean, very close to spa castle (2 min), a perfect breakfast with an amazing view

no pool, spa or exercise room

at the roof top was great, room was clean and spacious for a family of 4(2 kids under 18) and was a walking distance to a nearby mall that had target and tjmax stores

i was especially impressed with the bathroom and the spa like shower

my request for a quiet room with early check in was accommodated

location was perfect, and the breakfast wasn’t what i’m accustomed to but it wasn’t bad it was a nice covid free

we stopped for a nightcap at the bar downstairs and amir was great

we reserved the room with 2 double beds but decided to upgrade to the kitchenette

could’ve provided more basic dish needs for the kitchenette so we didn’t have to buy items as they were very limited and not

property advertised airport shuttle but does not specify which airport so i land at jfk expecting to get a shuttle and theirs

hotel accommodated us with early check in and late check out

seating in lobby to wait for the shuttle, restaurant for dinner was in another hotel half a block away

that the pool was across the parking lot at double tree

free shuttle took about an hour to come. other hotels shuttles came 2-3 times.
