from desk to bar to pool staff

on my second night, i was returning from the gym on the first floor and while walking past the housekeeping space, a lady stormed out while

breakfast was ok, not a huge choice and was only like warm but was enough to start your day.

they have a bar in the lobby, which is a plus

the breakfast was amazing. the food at the bar of an evening was exceptional as well.

from the layout if the room, to the bar/ food area in the lobby, to the pool with towels

the hotel is lovely and has a complete gym as well as a zen room

pool and pool area were full of bugs, so my friends couldn't swim or really hang by the pool long

a group of kids were very lond and ride at the pool.

all the services where really good: parking lot, front desk, breakfast, pool, gym

not a great location. couldn’t get ev charger to work, it was broken. room was okay.

beds, quiet/not noisy, close to attractions in ybor city/walkable; great breakfast in the morning that was included in the room charge (eggs, bacon, potatoes, variety of (+) breakfast was simple and easy to grab and run & for the price of hotel-perfect (+) great breakfast selection and plenty of room to eat (+)good breakfast, close to convention center (+) even the woman watching over the breakfast and picking up empty plates was enthusiastic and made our day (+)everything including breakfast (+)breakfast was great and the rooms were awesome (+)close to seventh avenue, staff always friendly, clean, good breakfast (+) breakfast was great as well

that nothing was allowed to be plugged into the tv

wifi was not working in the rooms and the technical support couldn t fix the problem calling me

they also have a free shuttle that will take you to the cruise ship terminal, what more could you ask for

room service needs better hours and food choices

a new employee got confused and told us we would have to park at the economy lot and take the shuttle back

was very convenient for air flight, nice roof top setting area to watch the planes, the kids loved it

very clean room. very quiet. nice bar downstairs.

make sure we got our marriott points and directed us to where we could get food in the airport as room service was not available at that time

even accommodated for an early check in with no questions asked

lobby bar closed early when we brought our whole wedding party back after the reception

very centric, great breakfast buffet and excelent amenities

in the morning the breakfast was 10 out of 10 i would most definitely come back to this

dryer for days, wrinkles everywhere, after a long day of meeting and them walking around with the kids the way the sheets and pillow cases looked was not inviting at all for a good night of sleep
