ev charging was extremely convenient. comfy room, great shower and a fine restaurant.

we used the on site ev charge points, which were a decent speed of an overnight stay

lovely location and the spa and pool were great

problem was the grass being cut ridiculously early but i appreciate it needs to be done for the golfers

we stayed in room 5 which also had a leather sofa in the tv area, and a massive en-suite with a spa bath

the breakfast buffet could use abit of an upgrade

music until 1 am every night, out of control chinese kids from a wedding running up and down corridors late at night, ate only once on the bar and food

wifi is poor so don t expect you or your kids to be on the internet too much

there is a 3 charge for each time room service is used which is perfectly reasonable

retail and entertainment park close by, as is a fast ev charger (though it was not working during our stay)

the room was converted to a twin from a double, it was fine, no breakfast, very comfortable bed but had to open window as room too hot at night

the hotel also offers freshly cooked pizzas and a limited bar which are a bonus if you don't fancy the service station food court or supermarket options

was helpful, specially when i wanted late check out they helped a lot

very convenient as attached to food court with subway, kfc, noodle bar etc

pinky at breakfast ( supervisor) was great ud83dudc4d highly recommend - thanks to all the (+)very comfortable beds. lovely room and a great breakfast. (+) breakfast was superb, so many choices (+) my daughter and i had breakfast out with family (-)on the expensive side and didn t even include breakfast. (+)didn t have breakfast but particularly loved the design of the bedroom and bathroom and the bed and pillows (+)hotel, lovely rooms, nice and modern, great products in the bathroom and an amazing breakfast (+)we really enjoyed the breakfast

the wifi is brilliant, very fast and reliable

it was fine for me, but maybe if you ve got young kids and lots of luggage, it might be a bit of an inconvenience

it's a lodge only, so no restaurant, thought you can order room service, however it's in the heart of leicester so there are plenty of places to chose from

i used the gym everyday - has everything you need in my view

no parking near by especially if you have disabled people or young kids, its a 2 min walk and especially when its bad weather its not very convenient, also no help

they made us feel like kids in a holiday camp
