poor selection for breakfast: blue berry muffin, apples, oranges and tea/coffee

they got there they didn’t even have my booking (this is the second time this has happened) the bar downstairs is rad, the rooms are good

ate in the bar which was freezing, as was the food shortly after it arrived at the table

10pm loud music from the bar in the hotel

entrance to the hotel part is not clearly marked, i had to go into a bar on a friday night (i was travelling with three children) to find someone to help me check in
