pool hours should be longer

breakfast at the hotel restaurant,the waitress seemed like we bothered her,annoyed when asked

breakfast was pretty small, not a lot of choice; no fruit.

at the restaurant were comparable to surrounding restaurants and we appreciated the good value breakfast (breakfast sandwich and coffee for $4

good location. staff was friendly. breakfast in the morning was very affordable

we picked this hotel because of ev charging but would recommend it to anyone

new, comfortable, excellent breakfast, nice pool and gym, well located, nice staff

although we didn't use the gym we looked around and it was incredible

we booked this particular hotel as it had laundry facilities so were disappointed when the dryer broke down mid use

was no elevator, no restaurant near by and the comfort inn charged $4 for one load of laundry and $4 for one dryer load

best thing was the willingness of the staff to accomodate an early check in

each morning, i'd grab coffee, read the paper, go the gym and then still have plenty of time to sit down in the nice restaurant for proper breakfast

that breakfast was not included and there was no outside pool and that the indoor pool should be extra taken care

laid more for included breakfast 1 was 2 adult and 2 kids

2 tvs so you could put kids to bed and still stay up

noisy as the kids were allowed to play in the hallway banging the ball against the walls till quite late and

we could not use the pool or gym as its was full of kids for our entire stay

dennys room service, was not worth the money, cold when arrived and very small amount of food

1st day ok, 2nd day no room service, 3rd days only towels and beds not made properly

great room, very clean and tidy, nice staff....and the breakfast was excellent!

no hidden charges, plenty of parking available, good breakfast, secure and convenient

couldn t get wifi without help from the front desk

this one: very good one (after a day at niagara falls), pool, fitness,

the air in the pool area was pretty cold. there seems to be some leaks from the doors.

a kids dress found in closet, bathroom sink or shower wasn't clean with long black hairs around them

only 2 operating washing machines in the guest laundry

the wifi signal was weak

also, the gym was grossly ill-equipped and missing some parts, making them useless even though they were

tv had cable, radio ice machine but the ice machines ice was dirty with black specks in it, laundry room with only one washer and one dryer you had to pay to use $3 but they worked well

no place for the kids to play

did not have an opportunity to walk around the neighborhood, or check out fitness center

loved the pool

amenities like gym, on site restaurant with excellent food

i did like the kitchenette in our room
