ev charging facility food services leisure centre

nice size room, very clean. and i really, really liked that there was an ev charging point.

also for reference for others staying, the pool facilities and stuff like that are located in a health club next door, not actually in the

nuffield gym/swimming pool right next door which is included in the price

very poor phone signal and wifi signal not strong enough to use

plus ev charging

had a nice meal in the bar area

couldn't get into the bar area in the morning - fob wasn't working on that door

we were able to request early check in but it couldnt be guarunteed before arrival - please add earlier check in as it

good food and service, friendly staff, very accommodating when i had to change dates and add a late check out

no problems parking and no need to pre-book

best pork belly i've ever had, and the breakfast was to die for

breakfast the second day was a buffet which was disappointing but understandable as there had been

loads of parking too

staff were exceptionally welcoming, and it was wonderful that the bar was still open when we arrive from a music event at one in the morning

new bar area was amazing, staff friendly, prices good for a hitel

family friendly despite website lying about no kids, lift is tiny and actually can't get in the front door with a pram, stairs everywhere and most

beautiful xmas displays,great spa facilities, great breakfast, lovely bar area

wifi speed in room could have been better - hotel responded immediately once informed.

being able to use the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi

took 2 hours to get room service and we have a two year old toddler & they didn t even have a kids menu
