wifi was weak and not compatible with my windows tablet (proxy server issues- microsoft fault) dont (-) and i barely couldn't connect with the wifi (-) the wifi reception was not as good as last time (-) and finally, i had absolutely no luck with the wifi (-)more cleaning and more stable and reliable wifi (+)like the facilities of a kitchenette the size of the room was excellent and wifi was very good all important for us when (-)evening, you won t be able to get your room key and may be out of luck for the night; mediocre wifi; flimsy bath towels; recycled beige tissue paper; the worst bed pillows ever; rooms not (-)there was a bit of hassle with the wifi. not enough pillows. (-)the wifi was non existant couldn't get a signal it was very poor. (-)bad wifi

our whole experience was most enjoyable, from a quick dip in the pool to our evening meal (delicious (+) the pool was a welcomed addition on a hot day (+)the staff are so friendly and helpful. lovely quiet pool area (+)hotel is in a lovely setting with a lake in the grounds and an outside pool we booked last minute and we booked 2 separate rooms (+) a big bonus was the pool which was large and well maintained (+)setting very close to town centre attractive gardens and pool - view of duck filled lake beautiful terrace settnig for (-)nothing just wish we had more time for pool (+)hotel was lovely, very relaxing, very clean, good pool, lake and garden (+) could not try the swimming pool (too cold) but it looks good (+) pool nice on a hot day (+)outlook (garden and pool view), excellent meal in the restaurant, very efficient and friendly staff
