we were not informed that the pool was out of service until we went to get in the pool.

the breakfast was very good and a variety to choose from

man that was in charge of the breakfast was awesome

bar service was extremely slow to the point of wanting to leave and the hallways were very warm

the room has plenty of space. the gym has what one needs. the atmosphere is good too.

she is very ignorant and i was insulted with the way she treated my kids and i having sit outside lie supers for hours wen i paid $880

i brought my two kids in the city to see hamilton and the hotel was within walking distance of the theater

i have 5 kids traveling with me ages 12 to 17 that were super excited to swim so that was a huge bummer

staff is incredibly accommodating, allowed a complimentary late check out and even held our bags as we waited for an evening departure post check out

hotel pool is a postage stamp and was filled with kids
