was wonderful and fitness roomwas super

room service, bar service and concierge didn't meet a four seasons hotel standards

couldn't get the night spa service that was advertised

elevators are fast and the late check out at noon was great as we were able to rest after breakfast

my boys enjoyed the pool and the gym and the location is great, as just off magnificent mile

think the spa services we had were as exceptional as i would have expected at this high end of a property
