wifi in the hotel could be improved

didn't like that they charge extra for room service, even if you got breakfast included in the stay

hotel was great and the perfect location with ample parking

lots of parking, good restaurant and good food. staff was friendly and helpful.

there was no pool or gym

bit a long walk to the spa but it is allowed to with bathrobe through reception so this makes it easier

a wonderful place to only thing was order room service bfast and food was not very warm apart from that

derstandably) and others had faulty breaks / seats having said this this was minimal

we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the hotel & kids club

a tricky option for a family with small kids and mom with sore legs

early check in couldnt check in till 4pm was told pool only open until 6pm for kids

the pool, the cleanliness of everywhere in the hotel, the staff were lovely and i would definitely stay

breakfast felt calm, staff were friendly and helpful, good section on offer

went to the spa for a full body massage

all of this was top notch and breakfast and room service was divine

times within 1 hour) no answer for operator, room service or concierge personally didn't feel the 4* star service i emailed before our arrival

wifi signal was poor at times

great big room, clean and tidy. staff friendly , food was great and kids enjoyed the pool

the restaurant and bar were so clean and modern, it was a relaxing atmosphere and the staff were so nice and polite

the two available ev charging points in your car park one was occupied by a car that was charging but the other point

comfortable, good facilities (bar, restaurant & 24hr gym) staff all so lovely and helpful (-)gym small (-)gym facilities are poor and no air conditioning (-)limited equipment in the gym, a bench for the free weights would have helped this. (-)gym is way to small (-)good but while there is a gym the water cooler was not working and there was no way to turn on the tv while using the (-)gym was quite small and the wifi connection was poor, which also had an affect on the tv channels (+)the beds were comfortable and gym was good (+)i didn't get time to enjoy facilities such as gym and steam room (*) nice bar and restaurant plus small gym too

the provision of an ev charger and assistance from the very helpful chris regarding same.

staff was able to accommodate a very early check in which was amazing for us as we came in so early

my daughter also had a chicken goujon kids meal in the lobby and it was a generous portion with great service from the staff

fire escape access blocked by laundry carts - making it very difficult to leave the hotel - thankfully it was a false alarm

gym was being refurbished when we were there so didn't have access to it.

very friendly staff especially with kids. clean, comfortable, great location.

hotel was fabulous, nice spacious room and good selection at breakfast
