the bar is really nice

glum faced staff are always very busy in the bar and well basically there is zero customer service, be prepared to fight for a coffee or to

the noise from the cars on the street and music from the bar nearby were loud at night.

i even got a late check out and the best possible rate when i extended my stay

the hotel bar was excellent with great food and service

- easy access from the motorway, plenty of car parking, able to walk to the old town, good breakfast

reception and helpful staff, good air conditioning in the reception and bar area and it generally was better than a ‘standard

restaurant and bar open till late at the hotel. very good location

nice bar and breakfast area with small patio and swimming pool to eat or drink by

large rooftop patio and bar was fantastic, with church cupolas surrounding on all sides

was two rooms that shared a lockable hallway and found this perfect for traveling with older kids/teens

didn't use the restaurant, only time we tried to go in the bar it was closed for a group.

there isn’t even a water cooler in the gym and no air conditioning either

finally, was able to enjoy the roof top bar and had a great time

didnt use the spa so cannot comment

gym and spa were closed and had been for some time

we had to buy it at the bar and take it back to the room

the room was ready and very clean, the pool was easy to get to and chairs were comfy

the room service was very prompt
