rooms were very clean and i loved having a kitchen

they even had an ev charging spot for us to use

it’s close to ev charging station

breakfast was good, gym, pool, jacuzzi,laundry room and more

they didn't mention anything about pet fee on the reservation

nice and comfortable and had a good breakfast.

ev charger available for guests was a big plus

staff let us park truck with trailer and motorcycles in parking lot

huge townhouse and great for multiple families with kids (living room has sofa bed) and pets.

no view whatsoever and being next to the laundry room.

had the room with the spa bath and any time we used the spa bath we would run out of hot water

great hotel, good location, ev charging station

multiple ev chargers available was great and will keep this on our list for the future

the hvac thermostat felt out of alignment, kept entire room hot and dry while it was set at 68, ev charging spots are limited to 2 and are always blocked, the staff looked overworked and tired

do if you didn’t want to go into the bavarian village - mini-golf, pools, jacuzzi, game room, spa and a good restaurant with great prices on site

complimentary breakfast was great and all of the staff were so friendly

we will be booking another trip when the pool is open

people here had no regard to how loud they were late at night especially the kids

the resort also has many facilities such as a bar and hot pools near the foot of the mountain

loved visiting the on-site bar called the grotto - lovely bartenders and staff

kids loved it
