we were able to order room service for our dinner which was a reasonable cost

boutique hotel near the centre of valladolid with parking & an ev charger, it was tricky to sort out the charging but with the help of the receptionist & the very

friendly staff, good location, best free wifi 14mbps simetrical. automated parking.

the evening bar and kitchen team deserve an extra mention - thank you

wifi signal was a bit weak in the room.

only moan would be that it was 30 euros for 2 adults and 1 baby to use the indoor pool, we didn’t use it because we couldn’t really afford to

modern rooms, clean and comfortable. gym was good.

dinner options were more like what you would get from room service but that is understandable under covid measures

food and drinks in bar and restaurant of very good quality with a nicely judged selection available

the swimming pool was quite small but the water was in the right temperature which made swimming pleasant

given to us were poor and we had difficulty finding the hotel which is way out of the centre the bar did not open until 6

you receive a free bar drink if you had choose to receive no house keeping the next day

in expecting to get a drink and arrange an evening meal only to be told we couldn’t use the bar as there was a private party there and the restaurant was closed even though the hotel

i went to use the gymnasium and found a very small room with 3 pieces of equipment

-pity that the room service is not availlable already from friday on, especially because almost nothing

room service is very limited and starts like the restaurant at 8pm

perfect if you’re coming from a long trip and just need a good bed to rest perfect for pets & kids
