at the pool was not that good
good access to fleming beach with hotel shuttle. clear water and nice waves.
i called the hotel a couple of days prior to my arrival to check if they have shuttle service to/from the hotel and i was advised that they do not have shuttle service at all
spa was a phenomenal experience as it is small and private with all the special amenities
the guest concierge took great care of us as did the spa staff. overall great experience

the bar was too small and you could only get happy hour at the bar. if it was full, tough luck.

kids complained about the hide-a-bed
the only option we were offered as safe food for our kids was a tub of melon
we ate breakfast outside because we were swimming beforehand and didn’t sit in dining room.

i was also told that we could rent a cabana near the pool, so we could enjoy the beach/pool during our last day

the kitchen in the room, the ability to use pool at westin south villas, and the fairly close walk to
good pool area and nice restaurants on the property
the shuttle service to shopping areas was a nice bonus
got a fine room with a kitchen and a nice courtyard (and partial ocean) view in ka'anapali resort at the last minute

they were having a great time which is great, i was hoping for some more peace by the pool
the hotel was very close to the beach. the hotel had an amazing pool.
people at the westin were great and the pool and overall landscaping we’re glorious
proximity to eateries. easy access to beach. pool area.
we loved the breakfast buffet and the kids pool area, definitely key point in our stay!

our only attempt at a romantic room service breakfast for two was poorly done and not what or how we ordered it, i did complain at
disappointment, especially considering the giant remodel, is that they did not design a swim up bar
their spa is amazing with great service
