he had worked a double shift and needed to run some errands while a number of us waited in the parking lot to check in

desk guy (so sorry i can't remember his name) was very nice and accommodating to early check in

pool water was very dirty in the evening, the kids were disappointed as we decided not to swim

pool/hot tub area had issues with kids being in past the “adult only time” however security did come eventually and escorted them
