i liked everything but it would have been great if some spa facility had been available on site.

only real disappointment was the lack of room service, we were told different stories about its availability

great view of loch lomond from the bedroom. bar restaurant also great.

all the boys and girls working on reception, bar and restaurant were fantastic

my kids didn’t sleep and i checked out after breakfast,the waitress at breakfast was lovely and told

as i had help up and down stairs but would ve been a struggle if i hadve been alone with the kids

all good, better if it had a spa but it is what it is

beautiful styling and nice sized car park with ev charging facility dinner was amazing and

the bar was comfortable and there were cozy nooks both in the bar and hallway where we could enjoy a

nice selection of food and great bar service

slept well and nice late check out at 11am so no rush

the food and bar were first class too

room service also available which incurred no extra charges

on-site parking was a plus as was the short walk to the

selected this castle hotel because the kids really wanted to stay in a castle

since the pub was very quiet, we got to talk to the two bar tenders for quite a while which was really nice

pleasant and professional staff helpful with early check in as we were getting dressed for a

fantastic, plenty of parking with ev charging

they also let me have a late check out after i wasn t feeling great after swimming my blood sugar had dropped

from more vegetarian options, a better selection of cheeses, and perhaps some pancakes for the kids
