we were not informed that the pool was out of service until we went to get in the pool.

the breakfast was very good and a variety to choose from

man that was in charge of the breakfast was awesome

breakfast was cold cereal. no fresh fruit. sunny d offered as orange juice.

i hesitate to comment on any of the bartenders by name, as that might suggest how much time i spent in the bar area

i was even allowed a late check out since i checked in at about 10pm on arrival

bar service was extremely slow to the point of wanting to leave and the hallways were very warm

the room has plenty of space. the gym has what one needs. the atmosphere is good too.

she is very ignorant and i was insulted with the way she treated my kids and i having sit outside lie supers for hours wen i paid $880

this is definitely not for families traveling with kids

staff is incredibly accommodating, allowed a complimentary late check out and even held our bags as we waited for an evening departure post check out

hotel pool is a postage stamp and was filled with kids

wish there was room service or the restaurant was open for lunch.
