room was awesome, view was awesome, and my kids loved everything about it!!

this hotel as a romantic getaway, but too many kids running around the hotel and playing in the pool

we were put on a floor with loud kids

gym was meant to be 24 hours yet closed for a private event one day without prior notice to guests

check-in they tell you there is an adult pool and kids pool

my daughter love the breakfast it was wonderful

staff were very attentive, easy check in process, they upgraded our room and gave us early check in and all of the facilities were amazing

the children loved the kids swimming area

at $550/night, parking should’ve been cheaper, the pool should’ve been more luxe and the pool bar service should’ve been substantially better

spa opens at 10 which is too late. no access to steam room until 10.

spa is great. massage service is incredibly great! all the facilities and stuff - perfect.

bar was busy so getting drinks was slow although server was very nice

inn is conveniently located just off the highway and has free ev charging that worked without any issues

off peak hours you can get to the beach, disney, knotts within 20mins laundry facilities onsite close to costco & walmarts & gas stations & dmvs security

staff didn't have laundry detergent for sale

hat was not flushing and i did not know i had to call to schedule for shuttle to pick me up at the airport

that was decent but what made it worse was we were right next to a family who was upsetting there kids , laughing at them and making them cry at

they gave us a late check out at no additional charge
