great breakfast (a bit pricey at $10 per person, but kids eat free)

de golf is a great place to stay always and it worked ideally as a gathering spot for our group of six

it looks like the lounge works for families who need fast food for kids

we were there on easter and they had activities for the kids, dj at the pool, great drinks

to convince us that we had only paid breakfast for 2 people, and we had to pay extra for the kids, and we had to send them the booking reservation with the details in order for them to agree

nice gym and pool.

kids playground and pools were a bonus alongside variety of restaurants and bars available

there was a misunderstanding on our room service order but when they found out about it, they took responsibility and decided to

casino we have worked at would not allow people to tie up 2 slots whild playing other machines

nice location, excellent staff. alex at the bar is fantastic and very personable.

the hotel was close to restaurants and a mall, they also had free parking

loved the gym and peloton bike

within the holiday inn complex there is convenient access to underground covered parking which is validated

however in the area where the bar is ronnie was awesome

wifi wasn t good and the tv didn t work well

stayed here before and forgot that the front parking area can be a bit difficult to get out of when it is rush hour traffic

wifi worked for one of us only in the lobby

quiet, private,kitchen facilities, hot water in shower and bathroom,

towels and face towels for bathroom needed, as well, kitchen cloth towels for drying dishes

beautiful swimming pool and hot tub and the rooms so comfortable

the on-site breakfast was very good

for the price, great hotel. pool and garden are nice

there is an also a sports bar next door, and they have okay food and drinks at reasonable prices

the pool and gym were nice

thing to note is no room service; food places across the parking lot though and can deliver

shuttle service was excellent and efficient

the staff was very nice with the kids and the bed were really comfortable

it was great that you could do laundry

loved being able to leave my rental car in the parking lot such a plus

we went to fiesta casino that has a great menu

casino almost next door if you like gambling

the rooms were comfortable and the hotel has a gym and pool, which makes the stay relaxing

also the hotel had breakfast bags for people had early morning flights and the shuttle was ready in 5 minutes

we were awoken multiple times throughout the night by a families screaming kids

gym wasn’t on premises just rooms were very dated the bathrooms were quite old smelled like old

self service laundry is a bonus (you have to buy tokens)

laundry is expensive, and only half of the machines were operating at the time of our visit

room service and food was wonderful

two bedrooms, a lounge and dining area, a kitchen area and two bathrooms

the casino was small and very drab.

wifi signal was too weak

i wish there was an area to hang out outside the room other than the bar area

there is a covered parking structure

but everyone else is super nice, the waitress, the room service the breakfast staff

in room lamp didnt work and tv couldnt marge with wifi

so for non honor members), jacuzzi - san jose wasn't nearly as warm as the pacific coast,

the big breakfast is the second attraction, and staff in the kitchen / bar very friendly

room was fantastic, the pool was wonderful, and the gym was the best i've ever seen in a hotel

the pool was heated and the gym was small but has everything for a great workout

was well priced and had included breakfast as well as a gym and a pool, only spent one night there prior to our departure from costa

good place to end/start a trip around the country with private parking

plus the kids play place that s in the mall called playtopia was one of the coolest play places i ve
