the spa bath didn't even work after paying for the same room for 2 nights

our room actually had 2 full bathrooms: one had a spa and the other a shower

half of the jets on the spa tub didnt work

great location - staff is amazing - breakfast was very good - very clean & comfortable

i would recommend changing the breakfast to buffet only until the kitchen is better staffed

scratchy bed. broken electric car charger. dirty gym.

the bed was so comfortable! rooms clean. room service was incredible.

the pool is very small for the hotel size, and it was running over with kids from a family reunion being held there
