the spa bath didn't even work after paying for the same room for 2 nights

our room actually had 2 full bathrooms: one had a spa and the other a shower

half of the jets on the spa tub didnt work

she empathized with my situation and accomadated early check in and really made me feel at home

at the bar and anthony at the check in desk did everything possible to accommodate us while we waited for

the staff was very nice and the view of the airport was great for the kids

we had the breakfast bar in the hotel restaurant and it was very clean, tasteful with many choices

i had a better night sleep then i had had in some time and slept so late i had to request a late check out which was graciouly granted once again by brianna at the

price, free pets and that you have ev chargers

the fact they had breakfast and a pool.

swimming pool was closed

pet fee was only 10 dollars

i slept so well i missed breakfast!

pool looked a little cloudy. no lights the pool.

we were on a trip for my husband having to attend a meeting on saturday and she allowed us a late check out @ 1:00

was prom held there and i just feel all the kids out front (not attending the prom) just hanging out and the police trying to control them was

had food poisoning from a restaurant off site and was traveling w 2 young kids

and made us leave earlier than we had planned for our anniversary overnight stay away from kids

reason did not get 10/10 was we went to sage bar to get a appetizer and drink before dinner reservations and after 40 min we still had no

shared facilities with westin next door, such as gym/pool & bar etc
