service was excellent, all staff from the parking valet to the room service to the front desk made us feel very welcome and went beyond to serve us

the room appointments were amazing, particularly the hand-crafted bar (non just a mini-bar) as well as the bathroom with separate wc and bath/wetroom shower (-) the special bar for guests was a winner and dinner in their restaurant was really good and service excellent (+) the bks bar is a very nice idea (+) loved the concept of the 'speakeasy' bar for hotel residents only -amazing views from there and such fun to knock and be let in (-) also, we had a birthday and we want it to open a bottle of champagne we brought with us and the bar upstairs charge us $30 to open it

pool area quite dangerous to move to get to one s couch

property was designed so thoughtfully and is stunning from the gym, to drift, bks, and the rooms

perhaps wait for picking up room service if that was the case

the pool was really really cold but other than that we liked everything!

my only issue was that there was no grab bar in the shower since i have mobility issues--that would have made me feel safer

the poor solo guy on staff did eventually do some laundry and brought one towel each at 1:00am

the staff were friendly and the 3 of us all really enjoyed the pool

complaints other than our room was above the pool and we were woken up early by the screams of kids in the pool area
