was very upset that the pool was under maintenance

i like that they have a pool and basketball court

the pool.

requested early check in prior to arrival and didn't get our room much earlier than 4 pm

everything was great and comfortable. our kids loved the pool and the room service.

late night room service order, was not so good

i told them i was well aware of the charge and would only like to lay my head down with my two kids under 3

clean, not noisy, heated indoor pool, extremely nice staff

the bar was swanky, the dining room was a wonder to sit in and i had a hard time getting out of bed /

deco, friendly staff

the food on their room service menu was amazing

the bar was a highlight & we were so grateful for the 24 hr room service

breakfast was perfect! we were welcomed to stay and lounge after even after it was closed

love the location, personnel, bar etc

i loved the view from our room & the convenience of the bar and gift shop, mall

view of the mississippi from the lobby bar is awesome

gym, room, lobby bar

the property looks pretty but not many amenities for a westin hotel there is no pool and no gym.

we took the suite

as we had a late return flight we were able to have a free late check out which was really appreciated

breakfast was amazing

only issue we prefer showers to tubs. but a plus if you have small kids.

other than noisy kids late one night & request for security to visit that room, all was good.

requested room service bit was told we had to request during check-in only.

the staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. the gym was awesome

trying to inform our friend that she could donate all the beads she collected to help out these kids

were smoking weed all over the place elevators smrlled like weed they were hinting on under age kids gathered all outside the door entrance i was very uncomfortably if i knew they were there i

room service overpriced for quality
