big rooms, with all the amenities needed, including a small kitchen laundry being done easily at the hotel, for a small price big parking lot close to a gas station

floor do to negligence, german roaches, bedroom door doesn't latch, staff has horrible attitude, laundry room does not work 24/7

we loved this hotel. it has a great pool and service was great as well.

the first two days of our stay we had no wifi coverage at all in our guest room, only communal areas

gym had a waiting list for the peloton bikes each time i went to workout

we used the swimming pool on the first day and it was refreshing on a hot day

all the staff from check-in to bar to cleaners were all very friendly

that are available without a personal car; beach, pool resort, coconut plantation pool, golf and a large outdoor center minutes away (hotel shuttle available twice a day) (*) the slides, the pools, the lazy river and the games they have on site (mini golf, rock climbing) there s something to do for everyone (-) the adjacent golf course, raptor bay gc, was overpriced and i was forced to seek play elsewhere on a few (-)too far from hotel very disappointed that golf club was close the week days we we re there
