the facilities and amenities exceeded our expectations, especially for the kids, making the experience even more enjoyable

there was a private party at the hotel bar during the stay - it was very noisy at the lobby and outside, there were loads of drunk people

for our 10 year wedding anniversary but also enjoy some time there later in the day with the kids after school

last but not least, handicapped bathroom at bottom of staircase on the way to pool had a soap dispenser that no person in a wheelchair could reach ( 2 feet higher than sink)

mattress was not comfortable , maid service not as i expected from the ritz and pool/beach staff seemed too many for too little
