loved the hot tub and pool

staff were so accommodating, the pool and gym were perfect for our needs, and the room was immaculate and super comfy

wifi kind of cuts out, but still appreciated having it!

lost my bank card in the room, room service didn t look hard enough

it's a great place to stay in a good location, rooms and parking. right next to mall

property was well maintained and it is in good location. rooms are neat and breakfast is good.

some of their garbage doesn't have plastic bag.and their breakfast is so limited only.

on site laundry was a pleasant surprise and very reasonably priced

breakfast included, laundry services, very comfortable mattress, ac unit in the room, large tub for bathes, shampoo,

while i have nothing per se against trucks or truckers, a side parking lot for their vehicles might have been nice

ev charger is not reservable, and if it's taken, you have to pay for parking without charging

location, and booked because of the ev charger

awesome location and free ev charging makes this a perfect return spot for us.

good location with lovely room overlooking the river. swimming pool facility.

gym is located at the back of swimming pools with only one access thru the pool area

staff allowed a late check out which was a huge help to our day's plans.

the breakfast is fantastic with hot and cold options

they offered a gluten free dairy free breakfast

our dog was welcomed with a bowl of water at reception, and the $25 pet fee is less than we have paid at some other hotels

nice pool although geared to kids with the slides etc and nice gym

breakfast was great every morning and the staff were exceptional

didn't like how little soundproofing there was as you could hear the neighbors well and with kids upstairs it sounds like elephants running around

very quiet and comfy bed, breakfast was hot and nutritious.

is because of covid, but i would have liked to have a nice and warm breakfast instead of a grab and go, but once again it isn't the comfort inn's fault
