newer hotel, very clean, nice rooms with a kitchen area

the kitchen area was also large with a coffee maker, toaster, sink, apartment-sized refrigerator and a

close to our kids walking distance

there were no glasses, cups or a coffee pot in the kitchenette

the shuttle and the friendly staff.

the pool, no hot tube, too chlorinated.

full kitchen with dishes, towels, dish soap, microwave, dishwasher, and full fridge

barely cleaned the room once we were in it i had my wife and 2 young kids so with the kids there were plenty of crumbs and garbage

as well as being able to use laundry services

the only draw back was the small pool. you feel crowded if more than one family is in there.

i prefer outdoor pools to indoor ones b/c the chlorine odor is overpowering

no real restaurant, just a bar that you had to pick up food

the pool deck on the 4th floor was a wonderful place to relax after negotiating charlotte traffic

staff were very friendly, the breakfast was amazing and the rooms were not only clean but super comfortable
