i had to say one negative thing it would be the excessive amount of chlorine in the pool and spa but i also understand why

we had a view of beautiful pine trees right outside our window which our kids went out and played in/ran through behind the property

water did not get hot until the end of shower, there is no microwave in the room, and the carpet was lumpy with tears

my kids were already asleep so we had to make the best of it

hotel provided pet fee credit due to rollaway being dirty

only has an outdoor pool and it was closed due to weather

helped us plan our days, gave us restaurants to visit with our kids and even hikes to go on in the grand canyon

the pool and hot tub were very nice and clean

the evening drinks and snacks really is a great idea and our kids love it as much as the adults

totally golden stay. no drawbacks, except the pool was out of commission due to a broken pump.

from reading and eating by/in the pool to the spa treatments and pickle ball courts to the sunset dinners and fireplace/hot tub

many ants found in the bedsheets slow room service. call to manager not returned

the room was spacious and comfy

it’s nice that they have golf cart that the can transport you up the little

they do offer a golf cart shuttle, but if you walk the short distance it can be dangerous

also we asked for a ride in the golf cart to the top of the hill on thursday at 5 and we’re told they weren’t providing rides

we booked the spa before arriving and the was seamless

grout seemed dirty in shower, pelaron wasn t working in gym

hotel didn’t have much for food for my family. not suitable for young kids.

although i will note, the pathway got a little dark as you walked near the spa to the smaller pool

the pool and hot tubs were awesome to come back to at the end of a long day, and the back area with the

excellent walk out deck with great grove out back with games, fire pits, quick walk to pool, hot tub, bar pool, spa, etc

we loved this place, the spa was incredible also
