kitchen spotless

there was a kitchen, and the bathroom was very nicely equipped with a walk-in shower

food, great wine tasting, balcony in the middle of the room, super super nice staff, amazing pool, sparkling wine offered

we were traveling with a young dog we had to have room service and the menu was limited and food a bit disappointing

wifi in the wine experience room keeps going down and you need to call to reboot it

the service is very good , the package with the spa is excellent, quand the restaurant is quite

spa closes at 5pm so you cannot go in there unless you stay more than 1 day

the worst was that the spa was closed and we did not receive any information about it beforehand

parking is tricky in the complete town and hotel has only a few parking spaces available without

it has spa in the name but any hotel guest has to pay extra to use the spa

when i confirmed, i had clearly indicated 4 people, with breakfast and parking, for 7 days, but once i paid on the booking

services for kids is amazing, it was one of the most amazing experience

bed was very comfortable, the mini bar in the bedroom had a very good selection, air conditioner helped with the hot temperatures

poor signage to find the pool and gym etc. took some time to figure out the hotel lay out.

we had breakfast included in the price and it as very good in all aspects: the spacious room, good service

bar was closed for the entirety of our stay which was a shame as it was well appointed and

the restaurant was good ( outside the hotel building) the pool and spa was in another building and was not yet finished properly
