the pool was small and shallow, but nice enough

i had a lovely room with its own private dipping pool, which felt like heaven after a day of trekking and hiking

we stayed in a room with a private pool and the pool was beautiful as well as the little terrace

having our own pool and the greatest views of the volcano nearby was just amazing, the staff is very kind and

bathroom was a dream and we felt like having full privacy on our little terrace with the plunge pool

didn't use the pool because of the weather, but it was much smaller than expected

water pools are very nice with bar and food service inside the pool they fullfilled all our special requests during the stay,

so many things to love including the thermal pools, the swim up bar and restaurant, the beautiful rooms which all overlook the volcano, the delicious buffet

the kitchen was like a dungeon. bedroom had a musty smell

the kitchen was dark and dirty with a charge to use the gas cooker

it has a bar on the upper floor (with a swing (+)staff was very friendly and helpful good location rooftop bar with nice view on volcano (-)was noisy in the evenings because of the hotel's bar that was just outside our room (-)bar service was lacking (+) there was a nice terrace with a bar although we did not use it (+)the first floor bar has an amazing view of the volcanoe (+)airy feel good communal spaces central location bar and restaurant on site hot powerful (+) the bar at the 3th floor is great, good music and food and very nice view (+) large terrace area very pleasant area to sit, with a bar and lots of open and sheltered sitting areas
